1.The development must be begun not later than the expiry of THREE years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason-To comply with the provisions of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990,as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development hereby approved shall be fully implemented in accordance with the approved plans and specifications,received on 26 July 2013 and 29 August 2013,which are referenced as follows: Dwg Nos. M3622 - L(90)001 Rev A,M3622 - 100,M3622 - 106,M3622 - 102,M3622 - 107,M3622 - 103,M3622 - 104,M3622 - 105,M3622 - 106,M3622 - 107,M3622 - 108,M3622 - 109,M3622 - 111,M3622 - 112,M3622 - 113,M3622 - 114,M3622 - 116,unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
3.No development shall take place unless and until samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the extemal surfaces of the development hereby pemitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.Development shall be camired out in accordance with the approved details. The materials to be used throughout the development shanll be consistent in terms of colour, size and texture with the approved samples.
4.No development shall take place unless and untill full details of both hard and soft landscape works have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and these works shall be carried out as approved(such scheme to include any subsequent amendments as required by the Authority).
